    1. Hi Ana- I don’t have a written recipe for this one, but I can tell you how I did it. First, i cooked the noodles and set them aside in some water. Then, I sautéed vegetables and mushrooms, browned the tempeh, adding soy sauce and grated ginger. I then drained the noodles and added the rest on top, including the homemade sauerkraut.
