2 cups raspberries
2 cups raw cashews, soaked overnight
12 dates
1 cup roasted almonds
5 tbs lemon juice
1/3 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup walnut oil
1 tsp vanilla
Use a blender to blend almonds and dates. Press with hands into pie plate to form crust. Set aside. Blend all other ingredients and place in pie shell. Decorate with a few raspberries. Place in freezer for 2 hours till firm. Eat like Ice cream or let thaw in refrigerator and eat like Pie.
