4 cups muesli mix (Rolled Oats, Dried Fruit, Seeds, Nuts)
2 cups whole wheat or spelt flour
1/2 cup almond meal
1/4 tsp cardamom
1 tsp sea salt
3/4 cup olive oil
1 cup maple syrup
Mix wet and dry ingredients separately Pour wet into dry and stir thoroughly. Scoop onto oiled cookie sheet. Flatten with hand to make cookies thin. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes and then rotate cookie sheets on oven shelves. Bake for 10 minutes more at 300 degrees and remove from oven. Cookies will harden when cooled.
