Roasted Turnips & Mushroom

4 Turnips, cut in half

1/2 cup button mushrooms, sliced thinly

1 tsp sesame oil

pinch of salt

soy sauce to taste

Add oil and mushrooms to skillet and sprinkle with salt. Heat on low flame for 2 minutes while stirring. Add Turnips, flat part down, cover and lower flame. Cook slowly until tender, adding small amount of water (if necessary) to prevent scorching. Add chopped Parsley before serving.
