Broccoli and Carrot with Lemony-Sunflower

This recipe is simple and satisfying. Blanch Broccoli and Carrots until softened, but not overcooked. Prepare sauce by roasting Sunflower Seeds, chopping a few leaves of basil (optional), squeezing a lemon and mincing lemon rind.
